ELECTRONIC BULLETIN BOARD SYSTEM (EBBS)

*** IMPORTANT CREDENTIAL UPDATE ***

While the Capitol and surrounding office buildings remain closed to the public, you must have a current Press 20 credential to enter, or be “escorted” by a colleague who has their Press 20 credential.  Individuals who have not yet picked up their Press 20 credential will need to make their own arrangements to be escorted to the ID Office – again, any colleague with a current Press 20 credential may provide this escort for you:

  1. The ID Office is located in Dirksen Room G-58; open 8am-12pm, Monday-Friday.
  2. Do not display your expired Press 19 credential until well inside the ID Office; the USCP will confiscate expired credentials and that will delay your ability to pick up your new one.
  3. Your credential must be paid for prior to going to the ID Office.  To arrange credit card payment please email Ellen Eckert - Ellen_Eckert@saa.senate.gov.
