2. Cloture on the Freeman nomination.
Following the cloture vote on the Freeman nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm for the weekly party caucus lunches.
At approximately 2:15pm (if cloture is invoked), the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Freeman nomination.
