Following Friday’s pro forma session, the Senate stands adjourned until 3:00pm on Tuesday, April 30.
When the Senate reconvenes on Tuesday, April 30, it will resume consideration of the nomination of Georgia N. Alexakis to be US District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
ML Schumer also filed cloture on the Motion to Proceed to H.R. 3935, FAA Reauthorization.
The cloture petitions on the Alexakis nomination and on the motion to proceed to the FAA Reauthorization will expire at 5:30pm on Tuesday, April 30.
